This residence began as a builder-finish 2 BHK and 3 BHK, later reimagined into a spacious 5 BHK home through careful civil reconfiguration—without altering any structural elements. Stripped down to a bare shell, the home was redesigned entirely from scratch.

Designed for a client based in Singapore, the project was executed largely through 3D visualisation and virtual coordination, with a strong focus on precision and trust. Conceived as a retirement home, the residence is fully automated—from fingerprint access and personalised lighting to climate control and curtains—responding intuitively to each family member.

Rooted in earthy luxury with a contemporary touch, the interiors reflect the family’s grounded nature while offering modern comfort. A calm, meditative foyer anchors the layout, with private spaces opening into this transitional zone before flowing into shared living areas.
